1. Introduction Welcome to the National Nail Association of America (NNAA). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NNAA’s online consultancy services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership Eligibility and Access Membership to NNAA’s VIP Group is strictly limited to verified owners of nail salons. NNAA reserves the right to request proof of salon ownership to maintain the exclusivity of the group.
Cancellation Policy Membership fees are non-refundable. Should you decide to cancel your membership, you will retain access to the VIP Group until the end of your current billing cycle.
Upgrade Policy Choosing to upgrade your membership from a monthly to an annual plan will be processed at the conclusion of the current monthly period. Upgrades are not subject to prorated fees.
Downgrade Policy Downgrading from an annual to a monthly membership will take effect at the end of the annual term.
Content Usage Members are strictly forbidden from reproducing, downloading, or disseminating NNAA content on any external platforms, including but not limited to social media, forums, or public domains. All NNAA content is protected by copyright laws and requires explicit written consent from NNAA for any redistribution.
3. Intellectual Property Rights All materials provided within the VIP Group, such as educational content, guides, and market analyses, are the exclusive property of NNAA and are safeguarded by applicable intellectual property legislation.
4. Permitted Use of Content As a VIP member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize NNAA content for your personal and professional development. You agree not to:
Distribute NNAA content to non-members.
Utilize NNAA content for any public or commercial purposes without NNAA’s prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality Members must treat all information acquired within the VIP Group as confidential and refrain from sharing it with unauthorized parties.
6. Limitation of Liability NNAA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use our services.
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NNAA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
8. Termination NNAA reserves the right to terminate your access to the VIP Group for any breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NNAA operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Amendments to Terms NNAA may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
